It all started with a simple idea - to build a home for myself. While searching for a place for my family home, I found a plot near the Molainiai pond and instantly realized - this should become not only my home, but an entire neighborhood.

This is how Krantinės kvartalas was born - a project of 6 modern houses. All the houses were quickly sold, and this success inspired me to expand the project - another 7 houses, some of which were reserved even before construction began.
